Gutters are the cheapest part of a roof system and the one that fails most often, usually from a bad install. We pulled every gutter company Google lists in Addison Township, MI, checked which ones actually have an address in town, read their reviews, and went through their websites to build this list.
How we chose this list: Gutter companies are sorted by Google rating weighted by review count. Companies based in Addison Township come first, and where the city has fewer than five we added the nearest well-reviewed companies and say where they are based. Ackerman Seamless Gutters is ranked first because it is where we send our own customers; see the disclosure below. This list is updated for 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a gutter company based in Addison Township?
None of the listed gutter companies are based in Addison Township. The closest is G&G Gutter Services in Dryden, about 6.9 miles away. Reliable Gutter Cleaning LLC is in Oxford, about 10 miles away, and Discount Seamless Gutters is in Washington, about 10.5 miles away. Empire Gutter Guards in Auburn Hills and Preferred Seamless Gutters in Imlay City also serve the township.
Should gutters be replaced with the roof?
Gutters go on after the roof, never before. If your roof and gutters both need work, finish the roof first, then have the gutters installed. If your gutters are in good shape, they may not need replacing at all, so ask a gutter company to check them. Gutter installation on a home falls under Michigan's residential builder and maintenance and alteration licensing for work over $600, so ask who holds the license.
Are gutter guards worth it in Michigan?
It depends on your property. Homes near trees that drop leaves and debris tend to get the most out of guards, since clogged gutters can overflow and send water toward the foundation. Several companies on this list install them: Empire Gutter Guards focuses on guards, and Ackerman Gutters, Discount Seamless Gutters, G&G Gutter Services and Preferred Seamless Gutters offer leaf guard or cover systems. Ackerman also has a blog post on whether gutter guard is worth it.
Does Roofing Army install gutters?
No. Roofing Army does roofing only and does not install gutters. We send our own customers to Ackerman Gutters, which is run by the brother of Roofing Army's owner. Since gutters go on after the roof, it helps to plan both together. Roofing Army also inspects roofs for free in Addison Township, so you can find out whether the roof needs work before you schedule new gutters.
