These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roofing Army website at roofingarmy.com and any related services, communications, or interactions with Roofing Army. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

About Roofing Army

Roofing Army is a licensed residential roofing company based in Oxford, Michigan, with additional offices in Ferndale and Rochester Hills. We serve homeowners across Southeast Michigan with roof replacement, repair, storm damage restoration, attic ventilation, emergency tarping, and seamless gutter installation.

Michigan Residential Builder's License holder. Fully licensed and insured.

Services and Estimates

• All roof inspections and estimates are provided free of charge with no obligation.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated.
• Final project pricing may vary from the estimate if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work, such as decking damage that is not visible until shingles are removed.
• We do not require deposits. Payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the project.
• We handle all necessary building permits and inspections with the local municipality. Permit costs are included in the project price unless otherwise noted.

Warranties

• Every Roofing Army roof replacement includes a 10 to 20 year workmanship warranty depending on the project scope and materials selected.
• Manufacturer warranties on shingles and accessories are registered upon project completion. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product line.
• Warranty claims should be directed to Roofing Army at 248-326-2020. We will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf if needed.

SMS/Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Roofing Army, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Roofing Army related to your roofing project, including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, project status, and follow-up communications.
• Message frequency varies. You may receive 1 to 5 messages per week during active projects.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Reply HELP for assistance or call 248-326-2020.
• Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any services from Roofing Army.
• We use Twilio as our messaging platform. Your phone number and message content are processed by Twilio in accordance with their privacy policy.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
• Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Phone Communications

• Calls to and from Roofing Army may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
• By calling or accepting a call from Roofing Army, you consent to recording unless you notify us otherwise at the start of the call.

• The content on roofingarmy.com is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free.
• Pricing information, service descriptions, and other content are subject to change without notice.

Insurance Claims

Roofing Army assists homeowners with insurance claim documentation and coordination. We are not an insurance company, public adjuster, or legal representative. We provide documentation, meet with adjusters, and help navigate the process, but the insurance company makes all coverage decisions. We do not guarantee insurance approval or coverage amounts.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roofing Army shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.
