- No, we do not have to come out to quote you. We offer two easy options. First, we can schedule a traditional home visit where we inspect your roof and attic and provide an in person quote. Second, we can pull a one hundred percent accurate satellite roof report and send you a digital quote link with your roof packages, all without visiting your home.
- Do you tear off my existing roof?
- Yes, we tear off your existing roof when needed. For asphalt shingles, we always recommend a full tear off down to the decking, and that is how we quote all asphalt shingle projects. Steel shingles and standing seam metal roofs can be installed over one layer of shingles as long as the roof is in good condition and has no issues beyond normal wear and age.
- Do I need to be home?
- No, you do not need to be home. Most homeowners are at work while we complete the replacement. You can leave for the day and return to a brand new roof and a meticulous clean up.
- How long will it take to replace my roof?
- Most roof replacements are finished in one to two days. The exact time depends on the size of your roof, the complexity of the project, and the roofing package you choose.
- How much is the deposit?
- We do not require a deposit. A good roofing company should not take a single dollar until the job is complete and the homeowner is fully satisfied, and that is exactly how we operate.
- Do you fix rotted decking?
