Know a homeowner who needs a roof? Send them our way. You get $50 after we inspect their roof and $250 when they sign, and there is no limit on how many people you can refer.

Tell us who to call
Fill out the form with your details and theirs. We reach out, set up a free in-home inspection, and keep you posted on where things stand.
- Step 2$50
After the inspection
Once a project manager has been out to their home and inspected the roof, we send you the first $50.
- Step 3$250
When they sign
When they hire Roofing Army for a project of $5,000 or more, we send you the remaining $250. Five neighbors who sign is $1,500.

The form is how we track who sent whom. If your neighbor calls us before we have your form, we have no way to credit you, so send it first and then let them know to expect our call.
What happens next:
- We call your referral and introduce ourselves, so they know who is calling and why.
- A project manager inspects the roof and attic in person and walks them through the photos.
- They get up to five options at different price points, with no deposit until the job is done.
- You hear from us at each step, and the rewards go out as each one is met.
Rewards are paid to the person who submitted the form first for a given home. Referrals must be new to Roofing Army and within our service area. Work paid through an insurance claim does not qualify. Roofing Army may change or end the program at any time; referrals already submitted are honored under the terms shown when they were sent.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get my $300?
In two parts. We send $50 once we have completed the free inspection at your referral's home, and the remaining $250 once they sign a contract with Roofing Army for a project of $5,000 or more.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No. Every qualifying referral earns the full $300. Refer your whole street if you want.
Do I have to fill out the form?
Yes. The form is how we know who referred whom. If your referral calls us directly and your name is not attached to them in our system, we have no way to credit you. Send the form first, then tell them to expect our call.
Is there a project minimum?
The $250 applies to projects of $5,000 or more, which covers nearly every roof replacement and many larger repairs. The $50 for the inspection does not depend on project size.
What about storm damage and insurance claims?
We cannot pay referral rewards on work that is paid through an insurance claim. You are still welcome to send storm damage referrals our way. We will inspect, document the damage, and help them through the claim.
Who can I refer?
Any homeowner in our Michigan service area who has not worked with Roofing Army before. Family, neighbors, coworkers, your Facebook group, all fair game. Current customers and homes that already have an open quote with us do not qualify.
Can I refer myself?
No. If your own roof needs work, get a quote and ask about our veteran and first responder discounts, which take $500 off a replacement or $100 off a repair.
