That said, most common repairs land in the low hundreds to low thousands, with the price driven by roof pitch and access, the number of problem areas, and whether any rotted decking needs to be replaced.
Repair inspections are free, like every inspection we do. We check the problem area, take photos, and explain exactly what needs to be fixed, so you get a firm price before any work begins. If your roof is closer to the end of its life, we will say so, and replacement estimates are free as well.
