Wayne County is the newest addition to the Roofing Army service map. Our Plymouth office at 882 N Holbrook St sits in the Old Village district, a few blocks north of downtown Plymouth and Kellogg Park, and it anchors our coverage of the western side of the county.

Western Wayne County housing tells the story of Metro Detroit's growth in rings. Plymouth's Old Village and downtown blocks hold homes from the early 1900s with steep pitches and original plank decking. The first ring of postwar subdivisions, like Lake Pointe from the late 1950s and 1960s, brought low-slung ranches whose shallow pitches and minimal soffit ventilation make them ice dam magnets. The 1970s added big colonial neighborhoods like Trailwood, now on their second or third roof. Every one of those eras needs a different approach on the roof, and we quote them differently.
