Brian founded The Exterior Painters in 2003 with one paint van. Today the company handles exterior painting, new siding, and wood and trim replacement for homeowners across Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Livingston, and Genesee counties.

Shawn's crews install 5 inch and 6 inch seamless gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts, and handle gutter repair and cleaning. Family owned with in-house crews, serving Oakland and Macomb County from Utica and Novi.
Our Story
50 Years of Home Service Experience
My father founded Action Painting in the 1970s, starting our family’s journey in home services. A licensed builder, he passed his trade and work ethic down to all three of his sons.
Today, my brothers own The Exterior Painters, Richters Beautification, and Ackerman Seamless Gutters, while I own Roofing Army. Home services are in our blood. We were raised to work hard, take pride in our craft, and earn everything.
