A project manager inspects in person, on the roof and in the attic, and photographs what they find.

We check the concern against your contract, the installation standard, and the photo record in your job portal. You see the same evidence we see.

We fix verified installation issues at no cost
If it traces to our work, we schedule the repair right away and document the fix. If it traces to weather, wear, or another trade, we tell you plainly and give you options.

What is the Mission Complete Guarantee?

What does the guarantee not cover?
Damage caused by weather events, normal wear, work by other contractors, or changes to the home that affect the roof. Those are covered by your homeowners insurance or the manufacturer, and we will help you sort out which. Installation issues are ours, and we fix them.
Does the guarantee transfer if I sell my home?
The workmanship warranty transfers one time to the next homeowner within the first ten years. Buyers can also see the full photo record of the installation in the job portal, which removes the biggest roof objection in a home inspection.
