Roofing Army completed this roof replacement project at 540 Longford Drive in Rochester, Michigan. The 3,030 sq.ft roof was fitted with Atlas shingles in the Pewter color. The full scope included a complete tear-off down to the decking, two rows of ice and water shield along the eaves, ice and water around all penetrations and walls, full synthetic underlayment to the ridge, new aluminum drip edge, a balanced ventilation system, and new pipe boot covers on all plumbing penetrations.
