This job came in through a referral from Rob, an exterior painting contractor who was already on site at the property doing painting and gutter work. Wall flashing was installed at the two locations where the roof meets a vertical wall, and step flashing was used along those transitions as well.

We checked the bathroom exhaust fans. Any fans that were venting into the attic space got rerouted to dedicated bathroom roof vents with insulated ducting so that moisture-laden air exits the building entirely instead of dumping into the attic.
