Atlas Black Shadow — 2251 Columbia Road, Berkley

Roofing Army completed this roof replacement project at 2251 Columbia Road in Berkley, Michigan. The 1,567 sq.ft roof was fitted with Atlas shingles in the Black Shadow color. The full scope included a complete tear-off down to the decking, two rows of ice and water shield along the eaves, ice and water around all penetrations and walls, full synthetic underlayment to the ridge, new aluminum drip edge, a balanced ventilation system, and new pipe boot covers on all plumbing penetrations.
