Roofing Army wants every homeowner to be able to read our prices, compare our work and book a quote, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This site is built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we treat gaps as bugs.
What we have done
- Every page works with a keyboard alone. Menus, the booking form, the job gallery filters and lightbox, and the calculators can all be operated without a mouse, and focus is visible.
- Headings are structured in order, landmarks are labeled, and images that carry information have descriptive alt text. Decorative photos are marked so screen readers skip them.
- Text and controls meet the AA contrast ratio against their backgrounds, and the layout reflows to a single column on phones without horizontal scrolling.
- Forms label every field, announce errors in text, and never rely on color alone.
- Motion is limited to short transitions, and nothing flashes.
Known limitations
The booking form is an embedded page from our customer portal, and some third-party review widgets on the reviews page are supplied by their vendors. If either is hard to use, call us and we will take your booking or read you the reviews directly.
