We pulled every gutter company Google lists in Madison Heights, MI, checked which ones actually have an address in town, read their reviews, and went through their websites to build this list.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a gutter company based in Madison Heights?
None of the gutter companies on this list are based in Madison Heights. The closest are Detroit Gutter Guys, based in Detroit about 7 miles away, and Prestige Gutter Systems, based in Roseville about 8 miles away. Discount Seamless Gutters works from Washington and The Brothers That Just Do Gutters from Farmington Hills. Ackerman Gutters serves Macomb and Oakland County, which includes Madison Heights.
Should gutters be replaced with the roof?
If both are worn out, plan them together but do the roof first. Gutters go on after the roof, never before. Roof work happens right at the edge where gutters hang, so gutters installed first may have to come off again. Ask your roofer and gutter installer to coordinate timing. In Michigan, gutter installation on a home over $600 falls under residential builder and maintenance and alteration licensing, so ask who holds the license.
Are gutter guards worth it in Michigan?
They can be, especially on homes near trees. Guards reduce how often leaves and seeds clog gutters, which means fewer cleanings and less overflow near your foundation. They do not make gutters maintenance free, so ask how the guard is cleaned and inspected. Several companies here offer them: Ackerman Gutters lists leaf guard, The Brothers That Just Do Gutters offers BroGuard, and Prestige Gutter Systems and Discount Seamless Gutters list gutter guards too.
Does Roofing Army install gutters?
No. Roofing Army does roofing only and does not install gutters. We send our own customers to Ackerman Gutters, which is run by the brother of Roofing Army's owner. Gutters should go on after the roof, never before, so if you need both, start with the roof. Roofing Army inspects roofs for free in Madison Heights, and we can tell you whether your roof needs work before new gutters go up.
