Gutters are the cheapest part of a roof system and the one that fails most often, usually from a bad install. We pulled every gutter company Google lists in Utica, MI, checked which ones actually have an address in town, read their reviews, and went through their websites to build this list.
How we chose this list: Gutter companies are sorted by Google rating weighted by review count. Companies based in Utica come first, and where the city has fewer than five we added the nearest well-reviewed companies and say where they are based. Ackerman Seamless Gutters is ranked first because it is where we send our own customers; see the disclosure below. This list is updated for 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a gutter company based in Utica?
None of the gutter companies on this list are based inside Utica. The closest is Ackerman Gutters, which works just over the city line and serves Utica. Michigan Gutter Man is in Sterling Heights, next to Utica. Legit Gutter Company is in Rochester Hills, about 3.3 miles away. Discount Seamless Gutters in Washington and Prestige Gutter Systems in Roseville also serve Utica from a bit farther out.
Should gutters be replaced with the roof?
If both need work, plan them together but do the roof first. Gutters go on after the roof, never before, so the new gutters can be hung to fit the finished roof edge. Schedule the gutter crew once the roof is done. Gutter installation on a home falls under Michigan's residential builder and maintenance and alteration licensing for work over $600, so ask who holds the license.
Are gutter guards worth it in Michigan?
They can be, especially on homes with a lot of trees nearby, since guards cut down on how often gutters need cleaning. Ask what type of guard is offered and how it handles leaves and debris. Several companies on this list install them: Michigan Gutter Man uses Valor Micromesh guards, Ackerman Gutters lists leaf guard and has a blog post on whether gutter guard is worth it, and Prestige Gutter Systems offers guards for homes and commercial buildings.
Does Roofing Army install gutters?
No. Roofing Army does roofing only and does not install gutters. When our customers need gutters, we send them to Ackerman Gutters, which is run by the brother of Roofing Army's owner. The roof gets done first and the gutters go on after. If you want to know the condition of your roof before new gutters go up, Roofing Army inspects roofs for free in Utica.
