Gutters are the cheapest part of a roof system and the one that fails most often, usually from a bad install. We pulled every gutter company Google lists in Berkley, MI, checked which ones actually have an address in town, read their reviews, and went through their websites to build this list.
How we chose this list: Gutter companies are sorted by Google rating weighted by review count. Companies based in Berkley come first, and where the city has fewer than five we added the nearest well-reviewed companies and say where they are based. Ackerman Seamless Gutters is ranked first because it is where we send our own customers; see the disclosure below. This list is updated for 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a gutter company based in Berkley?
None of the companies listed here are based in Berkley. The closest is Detroit Gutter Guys in Detroit, about 8 miles away. Midwest Gutter Cleaning is in Livonia, about 11.6 miles away, and The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is in Farmington Hills, about 12.2 miles away. Ackerman Gutters serves Macomb and Oakland County, which includes Berkley, and Discount Seamless Gutters works from Washington.
Should gutters be replaced with the roof?
If you are planning both, do the roof first. Gutters go on after the roof, never before, so new gutters are not damaged or removed during the roofing job. Coordinate timing so the gutter crew comes once the roof is finished. Gutter installation on a home falls under Michigan's residential builder and maintenance and alteration licensing for work over $600, so ask who holds the license.
Are gutter guards worth it in Michigan?
It depends on how much debris lands on your roof. Homes with nearby trees tend to get more value from guards because they cut down on clogs and cleanings. Several companies on this list offer them: Ackerman Gutters lists leaf guard and has a blog post on the topic, The Brothers That Just Do Gutters offers BroGuard, and Midwest Gutter Cleaning and Discount Seamless Gutters list gutter guards too.
Does Roofing Army install gutters?
No. Roofing Army does roofing only. For gutter work, Roofing Army sends its own customers to Ackerman Gutters, which is run by the brother of Roofing Army's owner. If you are planning new gutters and are not sure about the roof above them, Roofing Army inspects roofs for free in Berkley, so you can settle the roof first and add gutters after.
