Gutters are the cheapest part of a roof system and the one that fails most often, usually from a bad install. We pulled every gutter company Google lists in Leonard, MI, checked which ones actually have an address in town, read their reviews, and went through their websites to build this list.
How we chose this list: Gutter companies are sorted by Google rating weighted by review count. Companies based in Leonard come first, and where the city has fewer than five we added the nearest well-reviewed companies and say where they are based. Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a gutter company based in Leonard?
None of the companies on this list are based in Leonard. The closest is G&G Gutter Services in Dryden, about 5.6 miles away. Reliable Gutter Cleaning LLC is in Oxford, about 10.5 miles away, and Discount Seamless Gutters is in Washington, about 11.5 miles away. Ackerman Gutters lists service across Macomb and Oakland County, which includes Leonard.
Should gutters be replaced with the roof?
If both need replacing, plan them together, but gutters go on after the roof, never before. Installing gutters first means they can get in the way of the roofers or be damaged during tear-off. Finish the roof, then have the gutter company install the new system. Gutter installation on a home falls under Michigan's residential builder and maintenance and alteration licensing for work over $600, so ask who holds the license.
Are gutter guards worth it in Michigan?
Gutter guards make the most sense if trees hang over your roof and your gutters fill with leaves and needles every fall. They cut down on how often gutters clog, though they do not remove the need for occasional checks. Several companies on this list offer guards, including Ackerman Gutters, Discount Seamless Gutters and G&G Gutter Services. Ask each one which style suits your roof and trees.
Does Roofing Army install gutters?
No. Roofing Army does roofing only. For gutters, Roofing Army sends its own customers to Ackerman Gutters, which is run by the brother of Roofing Army's owner. If you are also wondering about the condition of your roof, Roofing Army inspects roofs for free in Leonard, which is a good first step before any new gutters go on.
